Shipping & Returns
Shipping
We will currently ship to any UK Mainland or Isle of Wight address usually within 5 working days, personalised items will usually be shipped within 10 working days following any necessary artwork approval. If we are not able to ship within 10 working days (15 days for personalised items) we will notify you via email with an estimated delivery date (SCHOOL UNIFORM ORDERS PLACED IN JULY & AUGUST MAY TAKE LONGER) . If this is not acceptable and we are unable to offer you an alternative, we will give you a full refund.
- Next Day delivery. Available on all items that are in stock and ordered by 1pm. Non Stock and personalised items will be dispatched on a next day service once the order is ready. (Items ordered by 12pm on a Friday will be delivered Monday, Items ordered on a Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday). £12
- Standard UK Mainland delivery £8
- Standard Isle of Wight delivery usually 5-10 working days (10-15 days for personalised items) £3.50
- International deliveries. We don't currently ship outside of the UK.
Collect from store
We also offer customers the option to collect from our store.
We will notify you via email when payment has cleared and your goods are ready for collection.
Proof of purchase and I.D. will be required.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a refund. This excludes any personalised items.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Please note that if your order originally qualified for free shipping and you return items that takes the order value below the free shipping limit, we may deduct the cost of shipping from your refund.
All items are inspected at least twice before being shipped. If however you believe you have an incorrect or faulty item then you will need to return it to us. In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition, which includes any packaging. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our Warehouse. Please ensure you package your return sufficiently to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. Once we have received and inspected the item we will notify you via email of our findings.
FAULTS
If we find the fault and agree that it was probably there before shipping, we will:
- Repair the item and return it to you within 7 days.
- If the item can't be repaired then we will replace it, like for like (make, size, colour etc).
- If the item can't be repaired and a replacement is not available within 7 days, we will offer you an alternative or a refund.
- We will also refund you the cost of the return postage.
We will not repair, replace or refund if:
- We don't find the fault.
- We believe the fault was caused by the customer (through, either misuse or by accidental damage).
- We believe the customer has caused further damage by trying to repair the item themselves or someone else has tried to repair it. (We may offer to repair the original fault if we agree it was probably there before shipping, or offer a small refund if a repair can't be done).
We will also have to charge you shipping to return the item to you.
INCORRECT GOODS
If on receipt of the returned items we agree that we sent you the wrong items in error, we will:
- Send out the correct items within 7 days, but in most cases much quicker
- If the correct items are unavailable, we will offer you an alternative or refund.
- We will also refund you the cost of the return postage.
If on receipt of the returned items we find that we sent you the correct items and that no error on our part was made, we will:
- Charge you shipping to return the items to you.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
PERSONALISED ITEMS
We cannot accept returns for any items that have been personalised unless they are faulty or we have made an error with your order. Personalised items are any items that you have chosen to have screen printed, transfer printed, embroidered or engraved with your own text or logo, or with a standard print or embroidery.
RETURN POSTAGE
You will have to pay the postage to return items to us.
We will refund this if:
- We have supplied you with a faulty item.
- We have supplied you with an incorrect item.
We won't refund this if:
- You are returning the item just because you've changed your mind.
