School Uniform Ordering
Our School Uniform Service.
Ordering:
We recommend online ordering to help protect against the spread of Coronavirus.
If you do need to visit our shop to purchase, please contact us to make an appointment. Appointments should be limited to one adult and only the child(s) requiring uniform. We will only see people without an appointment if we have time.
Please wear a face covering unless you have a medical exemption.
Delivery Options
We have reduced Free Isle of Wight delivery to orders of £25 and over, and our standard Isle of Wight delivery to £2.95.
Please note both these services can take up to 10 working days for delivery.
If ordering less than 2 weeks before the schools return, we recommend selecting 'Collect from store', if you are able to do so.
Next Day delivery is an option, but is not guaranteed as we may not have the items in stock.
Order collections:
Please wait for notification that your order is ready to collect.
You do not need an appointment to collect orders.
Please have your number ready to make things quicker.
Returns/Exchanges:
If you need to return an item or exchange it for a different size, please contact us first so that we can have the items ready for you. We might need to create an order if we do not have the items in stock.
All returned items will be quarantined for 72 hours before being available for other customers.
