Origination/Set Up charge for 'Your design' embroidered or 'Your Club Badge' embroidered

This needs to be added to your shopping cart if you are ordering items to be embroidered with your own design, logo or crest.
This does not need to be added if we have previously embroidered this design for you, or you have met the requirements for free origination.

• This is a set up charge to convert your design into an embroidery format. You will still need to add 'Embroidery Your Design'or 'Club Badge Embroidered' to your shopping cart.
• Remember to add the garment(s) you require embroidered to your cart.
• Make sure you have filled in all the options correctly. (You can however make changes from your shopping cart).
• Make sure the quantity of embroideries matches the quantity of items you want to be embroidered.
